Who we are
Robin started his sales management career with Aircall Communications Limited – providers of mobile communications services to business users. During this 10 year period he also took on senior operations roles, including call centre development and customer support infrastructure. In his final role as Sales Director he was on the due diligence team preparing the sale of the asset to BellSouth.
During the last decade Robin enjoyed high levels of success in the rapidly changing telecommunications industry. He has developed sales teams and customer support groups for video and audio conferencing services, and has managed a European sales team for Loral Orion specialising in satellite capacity for telecoms infrastructure.
As a senior manager responsible for team and individual performance he became increasingly involved in management development, triggering his fascination with finding new ways to improve personal performance and interpersonal communication. This interest in personal learning led him to become a certified trainer of NLP in the mid 90s.
Having established his own company, Vision First Limited, he completed numerous interim management assignments and developed his own training and coaching programmes - now his main interest. Over the years, he has built a successful business and has serviced a wide range of UK and international clients such as Computer Associates, Austrian Airlines, the DTI, Orange, and Empower Software among others. He has undertaken assignments in Europe, Russia and the US.
