Robin set up Vision First over 10 years ago following a very successful career in sales and general management in the telecoms industry. He has conducted interim sales management assignments and developed the coaching business in line with changing business dynamics.
What makes a good coach?
The essence of coaching is being able to ask great questions so that the recipient develops the answers. This is generally based on the recipient accepting responsibility – at some level – for the situation he/she is in and accepting responsibility for being able to change. What authority does a good coach have to help the recipient achieve this? Authority through life and business experience, as well as training expertise.
